A tool for measuring <b>social inclusion<\/b> will be tested as well. This tool will be useful to assess the efficiency of actions and to build individualized inclusion paths.<span transform the Milan metropolitan area into a model of social innovation, keeping the focus on the rights of people with disabilities. In 2024, the second report was developed that deepens the analysis of Italian jurisprudence on the rights of people with disabilities. It represents a further step to improve the understanding and application of anti-discrimination laws in Italy and contribute to the inclusion and legal protection of people with disabilities.<\/p><p>The second annual report is based on an analysis of more than 1,100 decisions from Italian courts and major international courts in civil, criminal, and administrative matters (an increase from 800 in 2023), providing an even more complete picture of jurisprudential trends on the rights of people with disabilities.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<section
