Young Academy for Gender Policies
Let's Generate New Gender Culture

To raise awareness among the new generations on the issue of equal opportunities, promote the emergence of a new gender culture that rewards inclusiveness and respect, counter stereotypes, and foster participation and active citizenship in the new generations. These are the goals of Young Academy for Gender Policies – Let’s Generate New Gender Culture, the project of HR WoMen, in collaboration with Human Hall and Manageritalia, aimed at training young people between the ages of 18 and 30 who can become ambassadors of gender equality in Milan’s high schools.

After last year’s success, the Academy is back for a second edition: five lectures, lasting about two hours each, given by researchers from the University of Milan are also planned for this second training cycle. At the end of the lectures, the students will be Ambassadors for Gender Equality and will be able to undertake mentorship with some/all volunteer managers.

How to Participate

Men and women between the ages of 18 and 30 can participate. Applications must be submitted by 11:59 p.m. on March 16 by sending an e-mail to youngacademy2024@hrwomen.it attaching:
