GENDER EQUALITY AND EMPLOYMENT: THE INCLUSION GLOSSARY
What does inclusion mean? Which are the most discriminated categories? This project aims to support all the workplace actors (workers, companies, public and private institutions, associations, trade unions) giving them tools that allow them to understand the work regulations.
How to react? There are several initiatives in progress, including the development of specific in-depth materials and the organization of events about rights, anti-discriminatory legislation on the workplace, worker protection in case of mobbing, straining and whistleblowing.

WHAT DO WE DO
GENDER EQUALITY IN THE WORKPLACE
Interview with Francesca Marinelli, Associate Professor of Labor LawÂ
What’s the main goal of your project?
The idea is to give people both reliable and clear tools in order to understand the complexity of today’s labor market, whatever is the phase in which they are (from the entry to the exit)
The aim is to value the human capital through a qualitative labor law alphabetization.Â
In addition to the sites map, the project includes an inclusion glossary too…Â
Discrimination is a complex topic, difficult to explain. Everyone knows what it is, but few people know the topic from a juridical point of view.Â
The glossary is a useful and open tool for juridical sensibilization (but also sociological, economic, and political). It addresses everyone, in particular to vulnerable people, who do not have access to structural channels.
In order to achieve these goals, how much is it important to be a part of a wide and organic project such as Human Hall?
Integration and interaction are essential. In the age of sustainability, we need a virtuous circle: environment, territory and people must interact in a sustainable way. And the only means to do so, is acting in an informed way and being organized.Â
