W Leadership is the format dedicated to inclusion in companies. To turn discrimination into concrete action. W Leadership was created to tell, through research, data, interviews and direct testimonies, the journey of a woman: from studies to the world of work, to leadership. With a constructive and positive approach, open to the future and at the service of the new generations.

The third episode includes journalists Jole Saggese and Giulia Pessani, professor Marilisa D’Amico, Elio Franzini, Rector of Università degli Studi di Milano, Amelia Cuomo of GammaDonna e CEO Pasta Cuomo and Cristina Scocchia, CEO of Illy Caffè.
