Alessia Di Pascale teaches Foreigners’ Law at the Faculty of Law, State University of Milan, where she conducts research particularly in the field of European immigration and asylum law. She is a member for the Italian side of the Odysseus network, bringing together leading European academic experts in the field. She is a member of the editorial board of the journal “Law, Immigration and Citizenship”, where she edits the “European Observatory”. She is among the founders of the Coordinated Research Center “Migration and Human Rights” at the University of Milan. She is the Rector’s delegate for the coordination of the “UNICORE” educational corridors project, promoted by the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees, with the support of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. Since 2019, she has been included in the #100experts project as one of Italy’s leading experts in the field of European migration policies. Since 2002, she has been a lawyer at the Court of Milan.
