Costanza Nardocci is a lawyer, Associate Professor in Constitutional Law at the Department of Italian and Supranational Public Law at the State University of Milan and teaching co-coordinator of the Advanced Course in “Legal Instruments for the Prevention and Repression of Gender-based Violence”. She teaches “Gender Justice”, the 4EU Plus module “Women in Tech: new frontiers of gender-related rights and artificial intelligence” and “Human Rights and Climate Change”.
She is a member of leading international human rights networks such as U7+ Alliance and the Women and Gender in Global Affairs Network, Columbia University, where she has also been a visiting scholar. She works on women’s rights, minority rights and multiculturalism.
