Daniele Mandrioli is researcher in International Law at the University of Milan. After graduating in Law, he obtained his PhD in International Law at the University of Milan-Bicocca, in co -tenure with the Université de la Cote d’Azur of Nice (2022). He continued his training as a research fellow at the Department of International, Legal and Historical – Political Studies at the Univer sity of Milan. His studies, for which he also did an internship at the International Maritime Organization and earned a diploma at the Rhodes Academy of Oceans Law and Policy Summer School, mainly concern the law of the sea. He is a member of the editorial board of Rivista Giuridica dell’Ambiente and coordinator of the SIDI interest group on the law of the sea.
