Francesca Marinelli

Professor of Labor Law at the State University of Milan, Francesca Marinelli has been a Visiting Scholar at Loyola University of Chicago, as well as a Visiting Professor at Beijing University, Kobe University and the Institute for Advanced Study (IAS) in Cergy Paris University. She is the author of numerous publications in the field of Labor Law including two monographs (one on discriminatory and wrongful dismissal and the other on casual labor). She is a tenured staff member with responsibility for policies against mobbing of the Single Committee of Guarantee for equal opportunities, the enhancement of the welfare of those at work and against discrimination at the University of Milan. In 2007, she received her PhD in Labor Law from the University of Bologna.
