As a researcher in the Department of Italian Public and S overeignty Law at the Univers ity of Milan and a lawyer, Giada R agone has explored topics such as food security, social inclus ion and disability in her as s ignments . S he is a member of the Coordinated R esearch C enter “Innovation for well-being and Environment” (C R C IWE ) es tablished at the Univers ity of Milan. In the same univers ity, she has taught “Welfare S tate and New S ocial R ights “, “Comparative Public Law”, “Global Health Law” and “Public Health Law and S ustainable Development”. S he holds a Law Degree from the University of Milan, a Ph.D. in “Law, Market and Person” from C a’ Fos cari Univers ity of Venice, and, in 2020, was awarded the national s cientific qualification of second tier in cons titutional law.
