Professor of Constitutional Law, Giuseppe Arconzo teaches Disability Rights and Regional and Local Government Law at Milan State University. He is the Rector’s delegate for disability and handicap and Delegate for accessibility policies for the City of Milan. He is scientific coordinator of the postgraduate course in “Rights and Inclusion of People with Disabilities in a Multidisciplinary Perspective” and author of scientific publications on social rights and rights of people with disabilities, regional law and sources of law. In 2014, he was awarded the Panunzio Prize for the monograph “Contribution to the study of the legislative precautionary function”. From 2019 to 2021, he acted as a Study Assistant at the Constitutional Court. Since 2006, he has been a lawyer, registered in the special section of full -time university professors, of the Milan Bar.
