Manageritalia Women’s Group Coordinator
Since 2018 she has been in charge of the Women Managers Group of Manageritalia Lombardia, which a few years ago received the Ambrogino d’Oro for its pioneering attention to women’s issues. Degree in Economics and a Master in Strategic Planning and Control. After an important experience in the marketing department of a listed IT company, in 2003 she joined a multinational group in the financial information sector to develop the marketing and communication of the Italian branch. For the last 20 years in the financial sector she has been in charge of market development, business strategy, partnership management, demand generation and public affairs while coordinating the company’s CSR activities. In 2020 she was appointed vice-president of the Cassa De Lellis Fund, of which she has been a board member since 2017. Throughout her career she has never lost sight of her active participation in social life and in 2007 she joined the Women Managers Group of Manageritalia Milano in order to contribute to the realisation of various projects and to the diffusion of those values and principles – such as meritocracy and managerial culture – that characterise it. Author of several works on internationalisation, international taxation and M&A transactions.
