Maria Cristina Degoli is a researcher (RTD-A) in Labor Law at the Private Law and History of Law Department of the University of Milan – «State University». In 2014 she received the double – Italian and French – PhD in Juridical Sciences by discussing her thesis in co -tutorship with the University of Modena and Reggio Emilia (IT) and the Université Toulouse 1 Capitole (FR) entitled “Labor and Welfare: new balances between solidarity and responsibility”. Over the yea rs, Dr. Degoli has been the winner of numerous international grants dedicated to young foreign researchers. Most recently, in 2019, of the call for proposals “FSR Incoming Post -doc fellowship 2018” funded by the Univeristé Catholique de Louvain (BE) to carry out, as principal investigator (PI), a research project entitled “Pension Solutions for Fragmented Careers”. Dr. Degoli has held several teaching positions in Italian and foreign .
