HR manager, lecturer and strategic advisor, Vincenzo Scuotto is President Giovani of the “Associazione Italiana Direttori del Personale Lombardia” and Senior Fellow of the Atlantic Treaty Association. In the past he was head of strategic HR planning and management control for a leading Italian system integrator and a member of the national staff of the European Association of International Studies. A member of the UN Association of Italy, he holds a degree in political science, a second-level master’s degree in Intelligence and National Security, an executive course in General Management at MIP-Politecnico di Milano, and a Master’s degree for managers in the Third Sector at CiesseVi. He was a resident student at the Collegio di Milano, a merit campus of the seven Milanese universities founded by the Aspen Institute. He is President of the Alumni of the Collegio di Milano, President of the Associazione Nazionale Partigiani d’Italia Milano Monforte-Porta Venezia and founded the civic education association ICO – Imparare Creando Opportunità.
