Stefano Bissaro’s research activity focuses mainly on anti-discrimination law, on the condition of people with disabilities and the gender -based violence phenomenon. A research fellow in constitutional law at the University of Milan, he participated in the activities of the CARIPLO project Social Inclusion and Disability: pathways to health budget experimentation. He obtained a PhD in Public, International and European Law in 2019. He is a Law graduate of the University of Milan.
