Tommaso Frattini teaches economics at the State University of Milan. He is a research fellow at the Center for Economic Policy and Research (CEPR), CReAM (Centre for Research and Analysis of Migration) at University College London, Centro Studi Luca d’Agliano (LdA) and IZA Journal of Migration. He received his PhD in Economics from the University College of London in 2010. His main research interests include labor market and fiscal consequences of migration in destination and origin countries, integration of refugees in host countries, and determinants and consequences of migration policies. In particular, his recent research focuses on refugee migration and political integration of migrants. His work has been published in leading academic journals such as the Review of Economic Studies, the Journal of the European Economic Association, the Economic Journal and the Journal of Economic Geography.
