INCLUSION TRAINERS

A new generation of mediators

Alongside its research, Human Hall promotes a training course – in collaboration with UNAR and associative networks – designed to train operators in anti-discrimination skills, intercultural mediation and inclusive planning. The course is aimed at those who want to engage in rights protection, reception, integration, diversity management, and linguistic and cultural mediation. The course – structured in modules on anti-discrimination law, inclusion policies, mediation and communication – prepares participants to take concrete action in institutional, social and work contexts.
